Chewsday Review- Harvest Snaps Baked Pea Crisps

Today’s Chewsday Review features a snack product that hasn’t been on the market very long- and it’s shaped like… a vegetable. Of course it is! So are Harvest Snaps Baked Pea Crisps any better than the other veggie flavoured chips out there? Let’s see… 🔶Ingredients: 🔹Green peas, vegetable oil, rice, original salt seasoning (made up of sugar, salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract, vegetable oil, flavour enhancer 635, anti caking agent 551 and food acid 330), stabiliser 170. 🔹Flavour enhancer 635 is Disodium 5’-ribonucleotide (sounds scary but it's not) which is the same flavour enhancer used in foods like 2 minute noodles. Chewsday Review- Mundella Greek Natural Yoghurt

To finish off yoghurt month I’m reviewing the tub of yoghurt currently in my fridge. This is a great thin

This should always make you a bit wary. There’s added juice in the fruit flavoured version too which will contribute to

Chewsday Review- Tamar Valley Yoghurt

Today's review is another kiddie yoghurt, because I've had a couple of requests for this particular brand. So, welcome to the stage... Tamar Valley Kids No Added Sugar Yoghurt (strawberry) 🔶Ingredients: 🔹Whole milk, cream, milk solids, strawberry pulp (4.2%), rice starch, natural flavours, lemon pulp, live yoghurt culture. 🔹You'll notice that sugar is not listed as an ingredient, which means that no sugar was added to the yoghurt during production. This is a great thing. However, there will still be some sugars present in the final product, due to those that occur naturally in milk and in strawberries. This is NOT a bad thing! 🔹Common allergens include: milk 🔶The positives: 🔹No added s
